As an iCANDOC Scientific Coordinator and iCANPOD practical lead, I would like to increase the visibility of the important work that postdocs contribute to research. My vision for the iCANPOD postdoctoral program is to support postdocs in identifying their strengths and skill-development needs while empowering their curiosity to pursue the questions that matter for their future careers. I want iCANPOD to help them prioritize long-term impact over short-term pressure and recognize collaboration as one of their core strengths.
