Dive into the world of cancer research at the European Researchers’ Night

iCAN and FIMM (Institute for Molecular Medicine Finland) welcome students interested in cancer research to lab tours at Biomedicum in Meilahti. The visit is suitable for 9th graders, students in secondary education, and social and health care students. 

The theme is “Diving into the World of Cancer Research.” The visits start with a brief introduction. During the tours (in groups of ten), the participants will get a behind-the-scenes look and have an opportunity see and maybe also try out various stages involved in sample processing. 

The visits start at 10 AM, 12 PM, and 2 PM. The total duration of the visits is approximately 90 minutes. 

Each group can accommodate a maximum of 60 participants, including teachers. Register here latest on 22.9.23!
