Patient and Citizen Advisory Board launched

Patient involvement and patient organizations play a significant role in the iCAN flagship. The goal is to actively involve patients in the design and development of our research projects. To advance this objective, iCAN has established a Patient and Citizen Advisory Board, which held its inaugural remote meeting on April 15, 2020.

The mission of the Advisory Board is to enhance patient and citizen involvement in the iCAN flagship and its research projects, to generate and develop approaches for involvement, to serve as a liaison between patients, citizens, researchers, and other stakeholders, and to propose concrete actions to promote involvement.
